Education technology and services group Tribal has partnered with Consilience International to develop a new software system for university research departments.
The software system, Ideate, offers research departments an integrated application to manage key areas of research and support provision.
The first joint implementation of Ideate will take place at the University of Warwick.
Clive Ansell (pictured), chief executive of Tribal’s technology business, said: “Through our long-term partnership with the University of Warwick we became aware that universities have not been well-served in the area of research management.”
He added: “Existing solutions are often inflexible, fragmented or rely too heavily on manual or paper processes. We are delighted to be working with Consilience International to bring the Ideate solution to the UK.”
