A Morgan Sindall-led consortium has reached financial close on the first stage of Hull City council’s £400 million Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme.
The Hull Esteem Consortium will join Hull City Council and Building Schools for the Future Investments to form a local education partnership (LEP), a 10-year exclusive contract to deliver 17 schools.
The consortium also includes ICT provider RM, the Sewell Group and Robertson Capital Projects. It will deliver seven new builds and 10 refurbishments.
