Ed tech business Keypath Education is considering an initial public offering in Australia, The Financial Review has reported.
Keypath partners with universities worldwide to help develop and deliver online degrees.
The company is based in Chicago and launched an Australian arm in 2014. It is reported to have hired Macquarie Capital to help prepare the IPO by arranging a roadshow for fund managers.
Keypath is expected to report revenue of US$91 million this year and US$116 million in 2022, and if floated, could be worth around $1 billion.
