Info Edge-backed NoPaperForms, which operates an enrolment automation platform, has acquired schools-focused admission firm Intelliadmissions in an all-cash deal, VCCircle has reported.

UniApply is a common application platform that allows parents and guardians to apply to multiple schools at the same time.

Gurugram-based NoPaperForms stated it will strengthen UniApply’s presence in Maharashtra and other neighbouring Indian states and help it scale into 100 cities.

NoPaperForms founder and chief executive Naveen Goyal said: “Intellinects has an advanced vertical product stack ranging from school admissions to student life cycle management, which fuses very well with what we offer.”
