Bengaluru-based learning platform Unacademy has acquired NeoStencil India, its sixth acquisition of 2020, VC Circle has reported.

Gurugram-headquartered NeoStencil was set up in 2014 and uses technology to increase access to education for students and teachers.

In a statement Unacademy said the acquisition of the start-up will increase its footprint in Tier-II and Tier-III cities in India.

In 2017, NeoStencil acquired analytics-based test practice portal TestCafe.
