ISP, the Partners Group-backed international school operator, has acquired MILE School in Milan – the organisation’s first takeover of an Italian institution.

MILE School, established in 2003, delivers a bilingual curriculum for students aged one-to-13.

Partners Group is currently seeking a minority investor for ISP, which it owns through its London-listed investment vehicle, Princess Private Equity Holding.

ISP operates around 50 schools in over a dozen countries that collectively cater to more than 45,000 students.

In December, ISP acquired its first Canadian schools.
