London-based Learning Technologies Group (LTG), which provides services and software for digital learning and talent management, has acquired diversity and inclusion training and consultancy firm PDT Global.

PDT (People Development Team) Global is also headquartered in London and delivers live virtual and digital training via a global network of facilitators, with topics including developing female talent, race allyship, sexual orientation and gender identity equality, leading remote teams, and inclusion.

PDT Global will become part of Affirmity, LTG’s workforce compliance and diversity business, headquartered in Irving, Texas. Affirmity focuses on workforce diversity metrics, benchmarking, and qualitative assessment, helping organisations of all sizes understand important diversity and inclusion issues.

LTG stated that PDT Global’s founders and management will play significant roles in leading the combined business.
