Finalsite, which provides digital communications, website development and online marketing for private and public schools, has acquired SchoolAdmin, a K12 enrolment management system and developer of tools for private and independent schools to manage admissions, enrolment and tuition billing processes.
Headquartered in Austin, Texas, SchoolAdmin’s clients include more than 650 schools.
Finalsite is based in Glastonbury, Connecticut with offices in the UK, Germany and Hong Kong, and the company stated it is used by more than 6,000 schools and universities in 108 countries. It is backed by private equity firm Bridge Growth Partners, which invests in technology-enabled companies.
