Eden Capital, a New York-based private equity fund focused on technology, business services and education, has invested in global financial training firm Wall Street Prep, headquartered in Brookline, Massachusetts.

For 15 years, Wall Street Prep (WSP) has provided instructor-led and online training globally for finance professionals at investment banks, financial institutions, Fortune 100 companies and universities. In addition to corporate training, WSP offers programmes directly to individual consumers.

Cowen was the financial advisor and Cooley was legal advisor to Eden Capital. Capital Southwest Corporation and Main Street Capital provided funding for the transaction.
