Malvern, Pensylvania-headquartered Frontline Education, a provider of K12 school administration software, has acquired Texas-based K12 software provider SuccessEd, which caters to more than 380 education districts in Texas and in many other states across the US.

Mark Gruzin, chief executive of Frontline Education, said: “This new partnership between Frontline Education and SuccessEd brings a best-in-class relationship management and customer care model together with continuous technical innovation in product functionality.
