KnowFully Learning Group, a provider of continuing professional education, exam preparation courses and digital learning solutions to the accounting, finance and healthcare sectors, has acquired Creative Educational Concepts (CEC), a provider of interprofessional continuing education for physicians, pharmacists, nurses and healthcare professionals.

Founded in 2000, Creative Educational Concepts, along with its CEC Oncology business unit, offers live and online continuing medical education activities across diverse therapeutic areas, including cardiology, neurology/psychiatry, women’s health, endocrinology and oncology.

KnowFully’s healthcare brands include PharmCon, a provider of exam preparation and continuing education courses for current and aspiring pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals, and CME Outfitters, a provider of continuing medical education to healthcare professionals and patients.

The entire CEC workforce is joining KnowFully with CEC’s founder Dr Joni Fowler continuing to lead the division, reporting to KnowFully’s chief executive Eric Cantor, who said: “Creative Educational Concepts has a strong reputation in continuing medical education and provides a new depth and breadth to KnowFully’s healthcare education.”
