Outschool, a marketplace for virtual after-school activities, has raised $75 million in a Series C led by Coatue and Tiger Global Management, which valued the organisation at $1.3 billion, according to Tech Crunch.

Outschool’s valuation, which sees it gain unicorn status, is around four-times higher than it was less than a year ago, when it was last valued at around $320 million.

Outschool has raised $130 million in venture capital to date, including funds raised in the Series C.
